You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in user experience, interface, and interaction design. You have attention to detail, and you are curious to see the bigger picture. As a designer, you facilitate and challenge ideas with your down-to-earth personality. With a curiosity to dig into data and insights to help formulate ideas.
You have worked closely with developers, fellow designers, and other stakeholders. You understand that collaboration, communication, and craft are critical for the designer role. You believe in the impact design can have on an organisation and society.
You enjoy designing products for various platforms such as mobile apps, and the web. You think with pen and paper, Figma, or any other lovely tool to visualise your early ideas. Also, being able to quickly prototype and experiment is a BIG plus.
